The project will also rehabilitate the historical heritage buildings contributing to the unique character and special atmosphere to provide to residents and visitors with spaces to meet and various activities.

  • Zeste, the former molasses tank, will be transformed into a bustling social hub, housing a café, restaurant, and deli shop that sells farm produce.
  • The former Deep River Beau Champ sugar factory will feature offices, a sports club, shops, art galleries, conference, and leisure facilities
  • The Spring area will provide a serene place for a leisurely stroll, complete with a stream, natural amphitheatre, and old stone ponds for camarons (local crayfish), where vanilla, coffee, and cocoa will be planted.

The Beach & Boat Club, Amarela, will connect the rustic estate to seaside pleasures. From lunch by the lagoon to lounging on a sunbed, escaping to Ile aux Cerfs via the shuttle boat or mooring your boat, Amarela will invoke a sense of calm and relaxation by the lagoon.

Working close to home is a primary desire for many active individuals. Anahita Beau Champ offers office spaces for companies seeking to establish their premises on the estate. Additionally, co-working spaces are available for occasional use, and the Innovation Park offers serviced land for entrepreneurs to build their businesses in a green environment.
