This unusual scenery couldn’t have been missed by the M2 motorway’s users, whether they were coming or going to the North, in the recent weeks.
While infrastructure work, in collaboration with the Road Development Authority – authority responsible for road development in our country –, is underway to allow smoother traffic flow in the region, the real estate developer Novaterra is working simultaneously on the coming Beau Plan’s Retail Park by the lake as well as the city’s infrastructure. In its heart, the Hameau district, not too far from L’Aventure du Sucre and the impressive industrial heritage of the Terra group, is slowly taking shape and welcoming its first residents.
