Description
1.Free parking bays for the first year of the contract. Depending on the number of bays allocated to each tenant, we will provide 1-2 parking bays at no cost for the first 12 months. For example, if a tenant is assigned 7 parking bays, 2 of them will be free for the first year.
2.Free rent on the exterior signage for 3 months. No matter which option is chosen, we will waive the rent for the exterior signage for the first 3 months of the contract.
3.Daily Cleaning services will be provided to the offices during the weekdays.
4.Discounted internet connectivity. We have partnered with Emtel Ltd to provide internet connectivity at 10% below the market rate for our tenants.
5.Wi-Fi access in common areas. Our tenants and their guests will enjoy free Wi-Fi access throughout the common areas of the centre.
6.Discounted gym membership. All staff members of our tenants will be eligible for a 10% discount on the membership fees of the centre’s gym.
7.Access to Food Lounge. Our tenants and their visitors will have access to the Food Lounge, where they can have meetings or enjoy a pleasant work experience.
