What is The Strand?
It is a dynamic workplace that aims to improve people’s perspectives of the workplace. More than just being an office, The Strand shall empower employees by helping them enjoy their daily lives through a range of services. The project will be completed by the end of the year and will include offices for sale and rental.
How has the market evolved?
After a couple of years of experiencing the joys and constraints of remote working, productivity and well-being have become key components that employees want to include in their work lives. For this reason, we want to transform Beau Plan into a functional and enjoyable business destination: offices are located next to restaurants, shops and businesses so that employees can comfortably savour their daily lives on the side. All within a beautiful environment, offering a real sense of well-being.
What is your approach to helping your future tenants to create a functional office?
We have two approaches to facilitate the implementation of our future tenants and investors. The first one, designed for medium and large companies with specific requirements, is to finance part of the work with a TIA (tenant installation allowance).
Smaller companies, that do not have the resources to invest in such a project, opt for our second approach, through which we take care of the entire installation. This concerns the ground floor of our second block, with offices from 45 to 90 m2.
The other offices, which are medium-sized, appeal to companies that prefer to handle the fit-out on their own. We have set up a dedicated team to offer them appropriate support.
Is this project suitable for our readers?
