Comprim Ltd, property counselor in partnership with JP developments, property developer/promoter but also constructor with Premier Construction Ltd, proposes 10 RES villas at avenue Crécerelles, Morcellement Swan, Péreybère. The project has been named Orana Villas, which means “Welcome” in Polynesian language.
The project consists of the construction of 10 villas including eight three bedrooms villas and the two remaining, four bedrooms. Each villa will have two parking areas and an individual pool. A gymnasium is planned for the entire community.
The plans were drawn by a British architect company by taking into account that the 10 villas are destined to foreigners and that they are targeting European standards. The construction works will be carried out as from March 2010 by Premier Construction LTD and will last 12 months. Till today, before the formal commercialization, two villas have already been booked. The other technical collaborators are Circa Ltd (engineering), Etwaro & Associates (quantity surveyor) Architect, Paul Carroll from Jersey Island.
The architectural emphasis has been laid on an island’s house by including a European standard.
