The “Hong Kong and Shangai Corporation” (HSBC) launches a campaign of housing loans at a low fixed rate. This campaign will last till 31 March. Those who take loans will have the possibility to benefit from preferential rates at fixed rates but also at variable rates. This approach reflects the HSBC’s aim to better help the existing and the potential clients. The housing loans clients may now pay a fixed rate of 6, 5% per year for the first year. The rates for the second year are inferior to 8, 9 % per year.
