Next April, Mauritius will participate along with around ten other neighboring countries of the Africa-Indian Ocean-Middle East region, to the IPEX fair in Johannesburg in South Africa. For Mauritius, it implies the presentation of available products: IRS and RES villas, projects, legislations, administrative facilities, etc, etc…
The Mauritian Didier de Senneville, the fair’s organizer along with the South-African society impact exhibitions, obtained the media partnership of The Property Magazine which draws 25 000 copies each month and which is much read in the corporate world. Several Mauritian promoters and real-estate agents announced their participation.
