Real Estate company Florealia will soon launch a high-end residential project including 20 high-class apartments in Floreal, Curepipe, Mauritius. The project will be developed on a land surface area of 300 toises. The 20 apartments will be constructed on five levels with 4 apartments on each each level. The architecture of the residential complex will be a subtle mix of modern and colonial architecture. The surface area of each 3-bedroom en-suite unit will vary from 150 and 190 meter square.
The commercialization of the project is managed by the marketing team of Davylands Properties and the selling price varies from Rs.8,5 to Rs.9,5 millions. Construction works will start by the end of 2015.
