Foresite Property is specialised in management, development, real-estate investment and infrasctructure management. Since 1899, its creation year, Rogers never dissociate itself from the property development in Mauritius. Three decades later, Foresite Property becomes responsible of the supervision of the entire Rogers’s properties. This represents location spaces of more than one million square feet (96 000 m2), for a network exceeding 200 clients. Foresite Property partly or entirely manages 38 real-estate assets in Mauritius, including the Harbour Front and Les Cascades buildings in Port-Louis, the commercial complexes in Riche-Terre
and Phoenix, as well as the industrial zone in Riche-Terre.
Thanks to an advanced technology, mainly to dedicated management software, the enterprise may access the recent information on properties they are managing. Foresite Property allowed itself the necessary human resources for the proper culture and service development. Sanjiv Mihdidin, its general director, is at the head of a well-composed team which intends to satisfy its clients. In June 2007, Foresite Property armed itself with a property fund of which it is the promoter and the shareholder. It is named Ascencia and manages 35 million Euros (1, 5 billion rupees) on) over a total of 55 million Euros (2,5 billion rupees) of assets.
