Conversion of agricultural land: creation of a residential morcellement at Gros-Billot

Rose-Belle Sugar Estate Board is planning to create a residential morcellement at Gros-Billot next to Jawaharlal Nehru Hospital and the Business Park in Rose-Belle. The morcellement will be divided in 160 lots and will stand on a land surface of 82 000 msq out of which 1850 will be allocated as commercial space.
The surface area of the residential units will vary between 330 and 630 msq. The residential complex will also comprise 4 green spaces. Rose-Belle Sugar Estate Board is still waiting for the Environment Impact Assessment License to be delivered by the Ministry of Environment.
