The integrated village of Azuri hosts its first clients through the opening of the Centara Grand Azuri Hotel. The soft launch was done on the 14 of December 2014. Located in the northern part of Mauritius, Azuri Village remains the biggest residential project never undertaken in the island.
In fact, it is geared towards a mixed customer-base composed of Mauritians and expats. IOREC, the promoter of the Azuri project, has put on sale luxury IRS and RES residences subdivided into four residential groups namely Iléa, Soliflore, Nariyal and Aleza. As for the Centara Grand Azuri 5-star Hotel, it is composed of 80 high-class rooms, prstigious villas, two swimming pools, 4 restaurants, a club lounge, a spa and so on.
