MJ Développement has made of this issue its identity. To devise a unique and even magical venue, top-notch experts had to be included. Driven by Michaël Ruel (CEO of MJ Développement who boasts 20 years of experience in the real estate and hotel management industries) and his associate Jean Etchepareborde (Managing Director of MJ Développement), Legend Hill will leverage on its pool of complementary and related skills.
Among the elite team members who will join in: architect Pierre Yves Serret, of Architects Studio; interior designers Jean-Michel and Sophie Remazeilles; Thierry Naidu (CEO of Phoenix Hotels group) for the hospitality field who will supervise with MJ Holidays (subsidiary of MJ Développement group dedicated to hotel management) the resort’s exclusive services, and 2 Michelin-starred Chef Arnaud Faye (from La Chèvre d’Or restaurant in Eze, France), who will lead and manage the whole catering offer of the Legend Hill project. The resort will also showcase a gastronomic restaurant «Le 1812 by Arnaud Faye», the «B-View Chill & Food » (a bistro-style and gastronomic restaurant by the swimming pool in a beach club spirit), and a cocktail bar, the "Santosha". Regarding the field of wellness, the spa will use the brand Salins de Biosel while customised yoga and coaching courses will be held in the resort’s fitness room.
