It is a residency visa entitling to stay, work and free access the Schengen area (26 countries in Europe). It’s conceded for year and then successively renewed for 2 years.

How obtain it?
The investments are for a minimum of 5 years and are of 3 possible types:

  1. Purchase of one (or more) property (properties) with a total value of at least 500.000 euros with own funds
  2. Transfer of capital in the amount of 1.000.000 euros
  3. Creating 10 jobs in Portugal
