Developping a sustainable and environmentally friendly region... This is the guiding principle behind ENL Property’s launch of a smart, sustainable, and inclusive city 15 years ago.

In addition to its LEED-ND certification, Moka Smart City aims to raise awareness among city users of environmental and social issues while providing them with the necessary means to adopt good habits. This development is based on six axes.

1. A sewage system to direct wastewater to a treatment plant and encourage domestic use of non-potable water;

2. Recycling bins, voluntary drop-off points, and an organic waste digester to turn it into compost;

3. An environmentally friendly economic cycle, encouraging more virtuous consumption with artisanal businesses like ReStore, The Good Shop or Baz’art Kreasion;

4. Pedestrian walkways and bike paths, promoting soft mobility;

5. Renewable energy sources, with the largest photovoltaic rooftop farm on Bagatelle Mall and translucent solar panels on all buildings at Vivéa Business Park;

6. And finally, sustainable land development, notably through energy-efficient buildings.
