A newly built residential development has arised in the heart of Côte d’Or Data Technology Park’s smart city. Verdant Garden is conveniently located within Côte d’Or, Moka and Ebène and is bordered by Terre Rouge River.
The first phase of the project, consisting of 156 residential units, is now being presented by Verdant Garden, out of which two of the five buildings will be constructed. Completion of this first phase is scheduled for early 2024.
