A very exclusive way of life

Conveniently set within the emblematic region of Black River on the west coast, Harmonie Golf & Beach Estate stands between gorgeous mountains and turquoise lagoons. A place where each passing day brings a little extra to the table for you to enjoy.

Developed over an area of 150 hectares, this PDS project developed by Semaris Property Development Ltd, in partnership with Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels is certified by the Economic Development Board. The Harmonie Golf Villas project will be the first component of the estate to be marketed and consists of 220 luxury villas, bordering an 18-hole golf course.

Residents will also have access to the facilities offered by the future 4-star hotel - Harmonie Beachcomber Golf Resort - which is set to be built nearby. Amongst other things, this includes a beach bar, restaurants, a sports centre, a kids’ club and a spa.

Two categories of offers are proposed, namely, serviced land, as well as ready-to-build villas available to Mauritians and foreigners under a VEFA contract.

The villa of your choice

Three different types of units will be available for investors to choose from, namely Villa N, Villa W and Villa S. Each unit will have an actual built-up area of over 400 m² and an average plot size of 2,000 m². Based on the concept of sustainable architecture, these villas have a different orientation, with the lowest possible environmental impact by taking advantage of the topology, as well as natural ventilation and light.

The first phase consists of 81 villas and residential plots in the heart of the estate, together with the golf course and clubhouse. The following phases 2 and 3 will comprise 78 and 61 units respectively and each phase is expected to be sold out within three years of being launched. Prices offered in EUR start at 1,490,000 for N villas, 1,540,000 for W villas and 1,610,000 for S villas.
