Anahita Beau Champ is dedicating five hectares to a working farm to produce fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs for the estate’s shops and residents.   • GreenEst will concentrate on enhancing and respecting existing natural landscapes, as well as rehabilitating historic buildings supplied with green energy to promote a lively environment where people can meet.

At Anahita Beau Champ, eveything have been carefully designed to create a unique and harmonious experience in perfect harmony with the environment.

While the first residential phase of the project, L’Echo des Champs, offers freehold serviced land (for Mauritians and permit resident holders only), off-plan properties (VEFA) are also available including 12 apartments three modern penthouses as well as seven villa concepts designed by architect Bérengère Croidieu, whose architectural approach intended to blend perfectly with the site’s natural environment.
