Concept

With six precincts spreading over 350 hectares, Uniciti is designed to combine the key components of a quality city life to ensure overall economic, social and environmental sustainability, in view of achieving a delicate balance between residential, business, commercial, educational, healthcare, sports and recreational uses.

Ideally located at the crossroads of the West, next to the coastal villages of Flic-en-Flac and Tamarin, Uniciti boasts a series of development which have today become landmarks of the west coast of Mauritius.

Designed to favour human interactions, with nature at the core, Uniciti positions the West of Mauritius as a fully integrated hub within a stimulating urban space.

Uniciti Education Hub is Uniciti’s education arm, encompassing nursery, pre-primary, primary and secondary schools, Higher Education institutions as well as executive education.

While Uniciti Education Hub encapsulates a wide selection of education institutions, Higher Education in particular spearheads the vision towards the setting up of a knowledge-hub through the creation of an integrated and international campus geared towards Africa.

The Higher Education offer regroups almost 2,000 students who have also opted for a unique student lifestyle.
