To access your messages, you must be logged in to your accounts. Within this section, on top of accessing your received contacts regarding your adverts and projects, you may access the ‘Specific Requests’ sent by users.
NB: Specific Requests – This option is only available to subscribed users.
From your Home Page within your Professional Area, just click on the link that you wish to view.
Example: By clicking on the link « > Adverts Contacts (x) », you will be directed to the list of leads received for your adverts only.

There are several ways to access your messages as follows:
1. From the Home Page when you are logged in to your account
2. From the ‘MESSAGES’ tab located in the blue menu at the top of the page.

1. FROM THE HOME PAGE WHEN YOU ARE LOGGED IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

  • To view received contacts regarding your adverts, click on « > Adverts Contacts (x) ».
  • To view received contacts regarding your projects, click on « > Projects Contacts (x) ».
  • To view Specific Requests, click on « > Specific Requests (x) ».

NB: “x” is equal to the number of contacts/requests received for each section.
Specific Requests*: This option is only available to subscribed users.

2. FROM THE MESSAGES TAB
From the blue menu located at the top of the page, click on the ‘MESSAGES’ tab. MESSAGES enable you to view all the requests received on the website.

1. To view received contacts regarding your adverts, click on « > Adverts Contacts (x) » from the white menu.
2. To view contacts received regarding your projects and residential offers (property ads) related to projects, click on « > Projects Contacts (x) » from the white menu.
3. To view Specific Requests sent by users, click on « > Specific Requests (x) »
