To create a project, you must be logged in to your account. From the blue menu located at the top of the page, click on the ‘PROJECTS’ Tab and then ‘CREATE A PROJECT’ in the white menu.
The creation of your project is done in 4 steps as follows:
1. General Information
2. Details of Project
3. Media
4. Visibility

Fields which have an asterisk are compulsory and have to be filled in order to proceed to the next step.

To proceed to the next step, click on ‘SAVE – PROCEED TO NEXT STEP’.

Project details
You must fill in the details of the project:

TITLE AND SUMMARY

  • Title in English*
  • Brief summary in English*
  • Title in French*
  • Brief summary in French*
    NB: The Website being bilingual, you must complete the project description in French and English.

CONCEPT OF PROJECT

  • Presentation text in English*
  • Presentation text in French*
    NB: The Website being bilingual, you must complete the description in French and English.

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION

  • Description in English*
  • Description in French*
    NB: The Website being bilingual, you must complete the description in French and English.

ACTIVITIES

To help in the translation, you may insert your text in French and click on the ‘TRANSLATE’ button to obtain the English version.
CAUTION: You must always verify the translation to avoid bad surprises!

Media
In this section, you may add media related to your project.
You have 5 sections as follows:

  • Add your pictures to the gallery
  • Add your video
  • Add a picture to the section: ACTIVITIES
  • Add a picture to the section: SERVICES

To add pictures to your project, click on the ‘+’ symbol located in the blue rectangle and select the pictures that you wish to add to your project. You may also drag and drop pictures directly to the blue zone (multi-selection is possible).
Once you have added your pictures, you will have the possibility to rename each of them individually.

To add a video, insert the YouTube, Dailymotion or Vimeo link of your video in the provided space.

NB: Technical Constraints : Pictures format must be ".jpg", "jpeg" ou ".png" of less than 10 MB.

To proceed to the next step, click on ‘SAVE – PROCEED TO NEXT STEP’.

Visibility
In this section, you may boost the visibility of your project. Projects can be boosted thanks to the purchase of credits. There are several ways to boost a project as follows:

Top Project
Increase the visibility of your project x3 by automatically repositioning it to the top of the search results list.
You may choose to boost your project 1 to 2 times daily, during a specific time frame. The list of existing options is available from the drop-down menu.

Tag
You may add a tag to your project to boost its sale.
NB: Adding Tags increase your credibility!
You may choose to add a tag to your project during a specific time frame. The list of existing options is available from the drop-down menu.

As you gradually add boosts to your project, the balance of credits spent is displayed under the heading ‘Total’:

Once you have finished adding your boosts, click on ‘PUBLISH’. A popup will open on your screen for you to confirm your choice.
Proceed to the verification of your chosen options to boost your project.
Click on ‘PUBLISH’ to confirm your choice and publish your project online.

NB: If you are not in auto-publication mode, your project will be sent to our team of moderators before its publication on the website.

Please note that averts are published during office hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) between 8:30 and 17:00.
