The first phase’s construction of the Villas Valriche, IRS scheme promoted under the leadership of ENL at Bel Ombre has started well. The first villas, counting 27, will be delivered to owners as from February 2010. The Villas Valriche IRS estate includes 288 villas of contemporary colonial style build on approximately 200 acres at the foot of the Bel Ombre hills. The first phase consists of 132 villas, including one hundred already sold and actually in construction. The rest is already booked and the selling procedures are ongoing. This first Villas Valriche phase enlisted investments going up to 115 million USD.

The Villas Valriche project which is linked to a golf course, distinguished itself last October in two categories, Europe & Africa Property Award 2009 in collaboration with CNBS Arabiya. It concerns the Best Development and Best Golf Development.
