Existing in Mauritius since 2012, the company designs easy-to-use and functional kitchens that answer to the desires of its customers, whether they are individuals or real estate developers. Rodolphe Grimal, co-director of Unique Concept tells us more.
1. In addition to assisting individuals, Unique Concept also offers its services to the real estate sector. What is your approach to meeting the needs of developers?
We offer two price ranges: the German Nolte Küchen and Express Küchen kitchens. Both are of excellent quality and are perfectly suited to the needs of real estate projects, aimed at foreign clients looking for a villa or apartment with a kitchen of international standards. In addition to offering excellent value for money, our comprehensive service ranges from the elaboration of 3D plans to the installation of furniture. Finally, to assist our clients with all their needs, we also offer the fitting of laundry rooms, dressing rooms and cupboards, and more recently the installation of taps.
2. What advantages do you offer property developers?
First of all, there is of course the discount we offer according to the number of kitchens ordered. But our real advantage is the maintenance offered on these kitchens, so that they remain in excellent working condition longer. This includes cleaning the quartz worktop, seals, various operating parts and checking the appliance connections, among other things.
3. What is your analysis of Unique Concept’s performance in this market?
It is a very competitive and complex market. Although price is a factor, high quality and service are the key. Unique Concept has been involved in many successful real estate projects, such as Azuri, Anahita, Choisy Les Bains or Le Savoy. Thanks to our professionalism and high standards, we have been able to inspire confidence. The best feedback is when a client comes back to us for a new project whether it is for an individual or a property developer... And there are many of them!
