High interest of Mauritian for Jardins d’Anna in Flic en Flac

Jardins d’Anna forms part of the several residential projects in Flic en Flac, a village in a region with high potential of luxury real estate. This secured complex of 518 units is divided into three clusters situated in an area of 115 acres on the heights of Flic-en-Flac. 500 plots have already been allocated in just six months. This prove how Mauritian are fond of this project. There will be a sports complex and commercial spaces on the complex. A second phase, built on 200 acres, will be launched by the end of 2016.

To serve effectively the residences of Anna gardens, 12 km of electrical cables – which costs Rs 120 m - were installed. A reservoir in Cascavelle was built to provide water to future residents. Everything was done to provide a better quality of life to residents.
