Calebasses will soon welcome a business zone, “The Junction Business Hub”
Among this zone’s advantages, we witness the proximity with the motorway; it is located mid-way between Grand Baie and Port Louis. The Terre Rouge-Verdun construction project shall ease the zone operators’ activities. Much emphasis is laid on the use of recycled material, namely wood and rocks. “The Junction Business Hub”, located in the middle of an orchard, will cater for the installation of a restaurant and a parking of 120 places.
Rain water will be harvest and use for irrigation purposes.
