A thriving business park

This vision dates back to 2011 when the business zone kicked off by the name of Clarens Fields and hosting 9 buildings over a surface area of 6,300 m2. Seven years later, Uniciti Office Park is born and now spreads over a total surface area of 15 000 m2, inclusive of an additional 8 buildings over 9,000 m2, and featuring a café-restaurant at the very centre of the second phase. All these amenities set Uniciti Office Park as a reference on the west coast, testified by a high occupancy rate of 90%. Designed to suit the needs of all types of companies, the 17 ‘low-rise’ buildings of the park attract local businesses as much as foreign companies (which make up around 75% of its tenants). With 700 employees for now, most of them being Mauritians, the park ambitions to take this figure to a thousand once 100% of the new offices are fully occupied. Uniciti Office Park already has plans in the pipeline Six new buildings on a surface area of 6,000 m2 will spring to life in 2019 next to this second phase.
