In the wake of the construction (in March 2019) of its new project, Luxury Retirement Village Ltd aims at giving a fresh perspective to the life of local and foreign retirees. The project - which showcases a village design, architecture and lifestyle – will bring the elderly all the joys of a friendly atmosphere with a a range of sumptuously furnished apartments as well as high-end amenities: restaurant, Wellness Centre including a sports room, heated swimming pool, spa and yoga classes. The estate is also an ideal setting to enjoy Moka and its modern and entertaining shopping venues (with grocery stores, fashion shops and restaurants). The residence will be situated just opposite the Wellkin Hospital.

Specialised services

The works of Royal Green are due to end by 2020 and the first phase of the project will have 50 apartments in residence, with surface areas reaching around 58m² for a room; 99m² for 2-room apartments, and 115m² for 3-room appartments.
