A vibrant city centre
Telfair is a sustainable city... But it is also so much more than just that! The project, developed by ENL, seeks to incorporate a series of eco-responsible measures such as a clean drinking water network, a waste recycling system, and LEED certification for buildings... And beyond its ecological ambitions, the city centre’s approach to life is very fascinating.
The facilities of the city have been designed to enhance the experience of living in Telfair. From the many shops, schools, cultural centres, sports and health centres, to the amphitheatre with its daily free activities - Telfair brings it all under one roof for a more exciting life. Alongside the commercial boulevards, lively streets and restaurants in the city centre, Telfair reflects Moka’s authenticity. Home to PwC’s headquarters, the Smart City showroom, and The Dot by Oficea, the city plans to foster a unique ecosystem with the help of leading local and international companies and to become a true networking hub.
A key location to embrace a new lifestyle
Located a mere 10 minutes away from the capital and adjacent to Ebene Cybercity and Tribecca, the neighbourhood extends to Wellkin and surrounds both the country’s motorways. Within its boundaries lies Charles Telfair University Campus, and it is conveniently linked to the Helvetia area by La Promenade. The latest developments include a brand new road linking to the A7 and a new roundabout, featuring Shell’s new petrol station and McDonald’s fast-food.
On the periphery of urban boulevards, Telfair provides ground floor shopping arcades that facilitate the interconnection of the different buildings. Furthermore, the ground floors face the lively streets of the city centre. For easy access throughout the city, shuttle services and bus stops, as well as a large number of parking lots are provided on the premises.
