The end of lockdown will be a decisive multi-tiered process and needs to encompass several sanitary measures and contactless services. How will the resort cater for these requirements?
Anahita Mauritius is serenely, yet actively preparing its reopening for the post-confinement phase. We are confidently looking forward to resuming our activities. In fact, the resort has implemented all the required health protocols and is ready to welcome guests in optimum conditions. We are adapting to new customer expectations with appropriate structures and measures. For instance, the digitisation of certain services will facilitate contactless assistance such as in-roomcheck-in and check-out. Furthermore, every bedroom as well as common areas will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with products which meet European standards on a regular basis. Our staff has been trained and is now equipped to abide by these new hygienic and sanitary rules. In the same vein, breakfast will be exclusively served in the room only, and several servings for lunch and dinner will be implemented in our restaurants to maintain safe distances.
To spell it out, we expect to see you soon. We are ready to welcome you in a reassuring and pleasant setting, while maintaining our usual top-notch services. We are counting on our golfing customers to come and enjoy the Anahita golf offer (which includes access to the golf courses of Anahita and of Ile aux Cerfs, as well as free golf carts on the Anahita course). Deprived of golfing events for several weeks in Europe, we are sure that they are eager to travel again.
The timing is right to remind our readers of the exceptional assets of Anahita. What are the key aspects you would point out?
Anahita provides a unique tropical environment of 213 hectares with low building density (only 13% of the surface area) and a splendid 18-hole golf course. Our hotel experience is quite atypical as we do not offer regular room but well-equipped and beautifully-furnished suites and villas–ideal for those looking for more space and privacy! Our construction sites are gradually active again, and we are constantly fine-tuning our strategies to meet our customers’ expectations. Current residents gleefully delight in their daily family lives at the heart of a peaceful environment. Today, more and more people wish to live in less dense areas and amidst nature, a desire which has grown even more in the wake of unprecedented events in the recent weeks.
