Horizon Projects: 2022, a busy year!

While the WaterClub has recently been awarded ’Best Residential Development 10-19 Units’ at the African Property Awards, Sebastien Bax de Keating reflects on Horizon Projects’ prospects towards the end of this year and 2023.

District One: construction in progress!

Horizon Projects’ team designed District One earlier this year: a medical and paramedical facility, which will soon be home to C-Care Group as the core tenant. Conveniently located on Tamarin’s Royal Road, the site is at the heart of a thriving area.

The second-floor spaces are the perfect spot for wellness providers to set up their operations and are soon to be made available for rental. Construction work is underway for an opening foreseen for December 2023.

Les Maisons de BonneVal: gem of the West

Sebastien Bax has announced that his team is working on new villa developments. Among those, Les Maisons de Bonneval. This PDS project featuring seven grand luxury villas and optional cottages will sit beneath La Tourelle mountain in Tamarin, nestled within the grounds of Domaine de Belouguet. “We have spent a considerable amount of time during the Covid period in developing this gem of a property. We are thrilled to market it very soon,” says Horizon Projects’ founder.

Fleur de Canne: promising investment

As a result of Covid, Horizon Projects branched out and focused its efforts on the local market and the growing demand for well-located plots. This resulted in Fleur de Canne. Boasting a unique vista of Southern lagoons, the 37 agricultural plots within the project - spanning from 50 perches to 3.5 arpents - lay close to Fantaisie Road in Choisy, on the way to Baie du Cap.

Ideally based within a family-owned estate, a strategic strategy is adopted to promote sustainable development of these lands, thus preserving the distinctive charm of the region.

Fleur de Canne is an investment with high potential for long-term profitability. Comprehensive and innovative specifications have been established to safeguard its full potential over time. The project was first marketed in September and only a handful of plots are still available.

Horizon Projects and its teams are looking forward to 2023 as a key year of growth. One to keep an eye on!
