O’Patio, a popular seaside resort
The project features 72 apartments from one to four bedrooms. The design was conceived to allow outdoor living: a central interior garden, a rooftop with a barbecue accessible to all, a room for storing bicycles and surfboards, etc. Groundbreaking was held in November 2022 and the structural work is due to begin shortly. The residence is in its final marketing phase with 85% of the units sold.
Villas A’Loès, designed for families
Villas A’loès is a safe and secure project of 14 individual two-floor villas, located only minutes away from Paul & Virginie School and Tamarin River. Perfect for families to thrive in.
