• Levies will be refunded by the developers to the plot purchaser until completion of the construction of their villa, or for a period of 5 years from the date of signature of their plot’s Deed of Sale, whichever occurs first.
• Owners benefit from 6-nights free accommodation per year in a 3-bedroom villa until construction of their villa is completed, or for a period of 5 years from the date of signature of their plot’s Deed of Sale (excluding peak seasons).

*For the Deed of Sale to be signed at that date, all KYC documents must be submitted at latest on 31st May 2019.
