More than a simple Pitch and Putt, Mont Choisy Le Golf is set to host an international competition... Mont Choisy Le Golf, which is nestled at the edge of Grand Baie, will for the first time stage the sixth edition of the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open 2022.
The tournament, to be held from 15 to 18 December 2022, will be cosponsored by the Sunshine Tour and the DP World Tour, and will be transmitted worldwide. This will be a high-profile event to promote and showcase this prominent venue, as well as the northern region of the island.
The former sugar estate is a prime location for such a competition. The unique world-class 18-hole championship course in the north of Mauritius boasts magnificent winding fairways, endemic landscapes and black volcanic rock outcrops.
