Mauritius, the perfect setting for retirees

Thanks to the numerous apartments available for rental and hotel residences in Mauritius, it is quite easy to find an accommodation that perfectly suits you. Be it a small studio or duplex, with or without swimming pool, your chosen accommodation setting may provide you with an excellent location next to a beach resort or even a few steps away from the beach. Almost everything here is done on foot and if you really need a means of transport, taxi services are available at relatively low prices.

Compared to Europe, the cost of living in Mauritius is lower and you would rapidly recover your air ticket price…with a continuous feeling of being everyday on vacation thanks to the charming natural surroundings mixed to the idyllic tropical climate.

Being a foreigner, please note that you are not allowed to reside in Mauritius for more than 6 months a year: a tourist visa is valid only for a maximum time period of 3 months renewed only once in a calendar year.
