How to make a Specific Request?
To access Specific Requests, you must be part of our network of Professional Partners.
If this is the case, and you wish to access Specific Requests, you must be logged in to your account.
Two options exist as follows:
1. FROM THE HOME PAGE OF YOUR PROFESSIONAL AREA
In your Management Interface (Back Office), click on ‘Specific Requests’ located in the ‘DIRECT ACCESS’ section of your Home Page.
You will access all the Specific Requests sent by Individuals. If you find a property meeting all your criteria, you can contact the client directly to offer your services.
2. FROM THE MESSAGE TAB
From the ‘MESSAGES’ Tab, click on ‘Specific Requests’ located underneath the white menu. You will access all Specific Requests sent by Individuals. If you find a property meeting all your criteria, you can contact the client directly to offer your services.
A filter will be available at the top of the page to help you filter your specific request.
You may filter by:
- Messages (All Messages / Read / Unread)
- Date (from xx to xx)
- Number of messages per page (10/20/50 or 100)
Your messages will be displayed on the screen one after the other with the following information:
When you receive a new specific request in your inbox, the text will be displayed in bold under the columns: Date / Sender and Message).
If you immediately reply to the client, you must click on the blue button “Unread” on the right hand side of the image to make sure that your colleagues see that the request has been processed. In doing so, the text will no more be displayed in bold and the button will turn to grey with the text ‘Read’ being displayed.
If you wish to turn bold the message once more to process it later on, just click on the ‘Read’ button.
