The apartments
It consists of twelve apartments on the beach on the southern end of Trou a Biches.Ten of the apartments are sea facing, arranged in a U-shaped three storey block.
Four apartments are on the ground floor and four on the second floor.
These apartments are identical. They have two bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms.
The two penthouses are on the top floor, and have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Two units are found at the rear of the complex. Although these do not have sea-views, they do have enclosed gardens and private pools. These units have three bedrooms.
All the apartments feature; spacious lounges and patios with bamboo screening and gas barbeque. Air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans in all rooms, Plasma TV’s in lounge and bedrooms, DVD, DSTV, Hi-fi with mp3 input, free Wi–Fi access, alarm systems, double door fridge/freezers with ice–maker and water filter, convection micro–waves, dish–washer & auto washing machine are also standard in all units. All cutlery and linen is supplied, including beach towels.
The four ground floor apartments are numbered A1 to A4, from right to left facing the units. The four first floor apartments are numbered B1 to B4. The penthouse numbers are C1 and C2, and the garden villas V1 and V2.
The complex
Large rim-flow pool with pool deck and lawn, umbrellas, pool loungers. Beach access is via the beach gate, which is locked at night. The complex is walled, with automatic gate, night-time security guard, video surveillance etc. Parking is provided for.
The luxury apartments are situated on the ever popular north-west coast of Mauritius, close to numerous tourist attractions of Grand Bay and the capital Port Louis.
The complex is right on the beach, at the southern end of the world famous Trou aux Biches, and only 100 meters from the Veranda Pointe a Biches hotel. The rim-flow pool and deck overlook the calm turquoise waters of the Indian ocean which surround this tropical paradise island.
All the units are furnished to the highest standards, and come complete with all modern conveniences... e.g; En-suite bedrooms, air-con and ceiling fans in all rooms, double-door fridge/freezers with water filters, ice-makers, convection microwaves, dishwashers, automatic washing machines, flat–screen TV’s as well as hi–fi´s, DVD and mp3 players, free Wi-Fi access etc
Linen, cutlery, beach towels and even a gas barbeque is provided. Apartments are available for short or long term rental.
