The door step of the bungalow opens up on a very big lagoon of clear and unpolluted water. The climate is warm with very good sunshine. The bungalow is made of two distinct apartments that can be rented independently or together.
The lagoon, protected by a coral reef, makes Roches Noires on ideal placed for snorkling. You can also go for a walk on the volcanic rocks facing the open sea.
This preserved natural coastal region of Mauritius provides an excellent place to enjoy the sea and relax while being just a few minutes away for the shopping centre of Grand Bay and the golf courses of the east coast.
Lower apartement:
140 m² with its 4 bedrooms (the main has a bathroom en suite and is equipped with air conditioning) this apartment can accommodate up to 7/8 persons. A fully equipped kitchen as well as a linen offer the required comfort for a dream stay. 2 bedrooms have A/C. All bed rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

First floor apartment:
The first floor offers a wide 125 m2 of living area. Made of 3 bedrooms, two principle bed rooms are equipped with air conditioning, the first floor can accommodate 5 persons.
Fully equipped with a linen, washing machine, complete kitchen including a dishwasher, this apartment is the ideal solution for a family with 2 or 3 children. Air-conditioning in all rooms.
You can take your meal inside, but we highly recommend that you do so on the covered veranda where the view is breath-taking.

Environment
The well maintained garden is the ideal place for a good relax or for the kids to play but may be you would prefer to lay down on the white sand of the beach facing the lagoon.

A dedicated and pleasant housekeeper / cook will be present from Monday to Saturday mornings from 9h00 to 12h00 to see to your comfort, except on public holidays. She attends to the house, the guest laundry and to the house cleaning. She can prepare your lunch or dinner in advance. She will not do the purchases. Her services are included in the price.
As a token of your appreciation a discretionary gratuity to her would be welcomed on departure.
Babysitting is possible on request (not included)
