This 4 bedroom Villa you will find in Pointe aux Canonniers, a calm and exclusive residential area where you also find Le Canonnier Hotel, Club Med and close by the exclusive boutique hotel 20° Sud. This self catering, fully equipped villa is located on a secluded beach, which is on the breathtaking North Coast of Mauritius next to Grand Bay.
Situated within a lush tropical garden which invites you to place your sun bed under the shade of a tree to read a book or just realx and enjoy your holidays.

The ground floor offers a bright veranda with sliding doors to let in a fresh sea breeze, a living room with TV with Canal Sat, DVD and an internet access ADSL, not to miss the world around you , so you can bring your own laptop,fan and a dining table if you prefer to stay inside to eat.
A separate kitchen where your house-maid can cook for you, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and 1 bedroom with fan. The master bed room with king size double bed and shower room, the 2. bed room with one double bed, the 3. bed room with single bed. The 4th bedroom located on the first floor which includes a shower room.
Further more a guest toilet and of course the terrace with lounge furnitures, a dining table and not to forget the magnificent sea view where you will be able to enjoy your sundowner and BBQ.

The price of the villa includes also a cleaning service from Monday - Saturday 2hours in the morning, except public holidays.
If you would like to enjoy a real mauritian meal, we offer also a cooking service (non-professional) for RS100/per hour (apprx, Euro 2,50) you only need to provide the your stuffs.

A little little mini shop is just opposite the road and you can reach the next bigger shop in a few minutes by car. Close by is also a restaurant from a boutique hotel and the bus station is just in front of the house.
Grand Bay, the touristic village of the north, is 5 minutes away by car and offers many restaurants, bars and shopping facilities.
The exclusive golf courses from Anahita Resort Hotel, the One&Only Le Saint Geran or Belle Mare Plage you will find at the east coast a 45 minutes drive by car.
