Type 01 villa:
A master bedroom with a double bed,en-suite bathroom with a marble bath, double washbasins and direct access to your private garden and separate toilets.
A fitted dressing room
A shower room with washbasin and toilets
A fully fitted/equiped kitchen
A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing table
A private secured garden
A shed with garden furniture
A private swimming pool (including lighting in the evening). In accordance with regulations in Mauritius the pool is not equipped with any protection or alarm system for young children.
